All prices listed on our website and menus are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Mang Lukas delivers within selected areas. Delivery fees may apply based on your location.

Delivery Time

We do our best to deliver within the promised timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, high order volume, etc.).

Pickup Option

You may also opt to pick up your order from our designated location, as agreed upon during order confirmation.

4. Catering and Events

Booking Confirmation

Catering services are confirmed upon signing of a Service Agreement and payment of a reservation fee (if applicable). Changes to event details should be communicated at least 3 days before the event.

Service Inclusions

Our catering packages include food preparation, basic serving trays, and delivery to the venue. Additional requests (e.g., servers, on-site grilling) may incur extra fees.

5. Product Quality and Food Safety

Mang Lukas takes pride in providing high-quality butter-aged steaks and ensuring food safety at every step. Once orders are delivered or picked up, customers are responsible for proper storage and consumption. We are not liable for issues caused by improper handling after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mang Lukas website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.
